US: Reuters/Michigan Consumer Sentiment Index slides to 80 in August
The US Reuters/Michigan Consumer Sentiment Index fell to 80 in August, from 85.1 recorded the previous month, according to preliminary data released by the Reuters/University of Michigan. Analysts expected an increase to 85.5.
