AUD/JPY changing hands below psychological 102 handle

FXStreet (Guatemala) - AUD/JPY is trading at 101.52, down -0.49% on the day, having posted a daily high at 102.07 and low at 101.34.

AUD/JPY is choppy sub the psychological 102 handle with plenty to “chop over”. The currency wars have taken effect and come into light as we approach the end of the year. Recent developments in Japan have put the Yen in the lead while RBA Stevens continues to voice his concerns over the strength of the currency and is making remarks towards the fact that their rates will need to stay low for years.

AUD/JPY noteworthy levels

Spot is presently trading at 101.53, and next resistance can be seen at 101.64 (Hourly 20 EMA), 101.87 (Daily Classic PP) and 102.02. Support below can be found at 101.48 (Hourly 100 SMA / Daily Classic S1) and 100.94 (Daily Classic S2).

Comex Copper gains 1%
